Dear LEAP Alumni,
LEAP 2022 is set to return to an in-person, overnight program at UCLA! We are so excited and hope you are able to join us in some capacity.
Over the past few years, some of you attended virtually, a few in person, and others were unable to join; we are grateful for each of you. Whether it has been a few years (or many years!) we would love for you to apply to be a coach at LEAP Week 2022.
Details: Coaching at LEAP Week will require dedication for the week of July 14th - 23rd, 2022. Coach training will begin Thursday July 14th and LEAP Week will begin July the 17th.
To Apply: Click on "Apply" and then "Register" with the online portal. You can then complete your application online, at your convenience.
Coaches must be at least 18 years of age by July 1st, 2022 and have completed the LEAP Program as a student. Junior Coaches may be under 18.
Coach Training is required for all of our Coaches and Jr. Coaches. The 2021 LEAP Coach Training will begin promptly at 5:00 pm Thursday, July 14th on UCLA’s Campus. Coaches will be expected to schedule their departing flights for after 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022.
LEAP alumni under 18 years of age are invited to apply as a LEAP Jr. Coach.
Note that UCLA requires all participants to be fully vaccinated.
Applications are now due by March 1st, 2022. Applications will be reviewed, and a phone interview will be scheduled if we would like to move forward with your application.
